Bill Klein
Bill began working at Palisades on a limited basis in 1989. In 1993, he became a conference coordinator. Bill's area of expertise is database management and applications. Bill's extensive knowledge of iMIS association software and database applications is the foundation of Palisades' growth. Bill is able to harness database technology to achieve any desired reporting scheme. Bill graduated from the S.I. Newhouse School of Communications of Syracuse University in June 1993.
Bruce Goldweitz
Bruce has over 25 years of senior level management experience with Reed Exhibitions, VNU and Conquest Business Media and BPG Consulting. Bruce has run satellite offices and has been very creative in maximizing the efforts of limited personnel resources allocated to him. He is known as a problem solver and for his incredible energy level, drive, commitment to excellence. Bruce is also recognized for his ability to analyze varying business opportunities, identifying key issues and synergies and establishing solutions for sustained growth to meet or exceed business objectives. Success is due to hands-on leadership and focused implementation. He brings a very effective combination of small company urgency and agility along with Fortune 500 caliber tools and best practices. Bruce has a B.S. from the University of Rhode Island in Business Management.
Mark Goldfarb
Mark joined Palisades in 1980. In 1982, following a series of rapid promotions, he was named Senior Conference Director, a position he still holds. As Director, he is responsible for the planning and management of the majority of the conferences, symposia, and workshops managed by Palisades. While Mark is responsible for all aspects of meeting planning, his specific speciality is site selection. During the many years that he has been in this business, he has become acquainted with and developed personal relationships with many individuals from CVBs, hotels, and convention centers from all over the world. He is also strongly involved in the financial planning and management aspects of many of Palisades-managed meetings. Mark received his education in accounting and general business management at Baruch College, a unit of the City University of New York (CUNY).
Jenny Donelan
Jenny is the managing editor for Information Display magazine. She has worked in technology publishing for many years, getting her start at Ziff-Davis, where she was an editor for both PC Sources and PC Magazine. She is also a former managing editor for BYTE magazine and Computer Graphics World. Jenny's writing background includes articles in The New York Times, The Boston Globe, and many other publications, including The Journal of Innovative Management, New Hampshire Home, and the National Ski Areas Association Journal. Jenny has a B.A. in English from Wellesley College.
Jim Buckley
Jim has over 22 years of Trade Show experience working at Reed Exhibitions, United Business Media and the I-X Center in Cleveland, Ohio. He has worked on numerous Top 100 Trade Shows; one event was a Top 50 Fastest Growing Tradeshow for 5 consecutive years. Jim was featured on the cover of Expo Magazine for growing a Top 100 Tradeshow in a down economy. He was also awarded The Expo Group's Show Manager of the Year Award in 2005. Jim began his career in the Tradeshow Industry in sales and he believes it is the center of all activity for the Tradeshow business. He enjoys connecting with customers, uses a sales consultant style and believes providing an excellent customer experience is paramount to building strong business relationships. Jim has a BA in Political Science from the University of Connecticut.
